Cityheart appointed to Pagabo’s £26bn Developer-Led Framework

The framework, which has an estimated value of up to £26bn over four years, connects public sector organisations with development partners to help bring forward transformative regeneration, housing and mixed-use schemes.

Managed by Pagabo and delivered through its strategic partnership with YPO, it has been designed to provide public sector bodies with a streamlined route to procure development expertise, consultancy and legal support through a single, comprehensive solution.

Cityheart is among 52 suppliers appointed to the second generation of the framework, which covers regions across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
