Cityheart strengthens social value leadership with promotion of Anika Day
In her new role, Anika will lead Cityheart’s strategic approach to community engagement and social value creation, ensuring that every project delivers genuine benefits for local residents, businesses and stakeholders. Her promotion highlights the increasing importance Cityheart places on responsible development and on creating places that thrive beyond regeneration.
Since joining Cityheart in 2023, Anika has played a key role in driving forward several of the company’s flagship schemes, including the delivery of Fettlers in Wigan. Her background spans project management, stakeholder engagement and delivery oversight across high value developments across residential, commercial and retail sectors – grounding her with an in-depth understanding of the development process from concept to completion.
