Cityheart’s honouree Geordie Jordy, James started with the business in January 2024, since then he’s been leading Cityheart regeneration projects from inception through to delivery across the North East. From supporting partners through funding agreements, land transfers, planning and building contracts right the way through to delivery. James loves to see concepts become reality, collaborating with partners to get projects delivered to make a positive difference to local communities.
