Anika joined Cityheart in 2023, as part of the development team and through her knack for co-design and collaboration works together with local authorities to shape places listening to and engaging with the local community so that regeneration projects deliver lasting value. Anika loves visiting sites when work has started and buildings are starting to come out of the ground, welcoming the community in, especially students who have never worked in an industry before and get a first look, seeing how it can spark their ideas, pique their interest and make them want to go into construction and build for a better tomorrow.
