Bringing learning and play to life, Cityheart delivered one of our most impactful community projects for Kingston upon Thames and LocatED, a new 420 place primary school. Completed in 2023, the new school welcomes 60 children in two form groups per year in wonderful spaces designed to support learning. The redeveloping this site from a former office building into a school and new apartments transformed the impact this space had. New school places and new homes are in short supply, delivering a project like this is a real privilege as it makes a huge impact to the local community it serves.

A modern school the local community can be very proud of, Coombe Primary School has enviable learning spaces including a dance studio and rooftop learning environment which includes an eco play area and sports pitch. Cityheart led on design and construction of the entire project which the school funded with the Department for Education. The 19 new apartments were funded by Cityheart and quickly sold out following practical completion.
