Foundry Lane is a landmark regeneration project for Halton which represents one of the most challenging brownfield sites in the Borough to deliver. This isn’t just about creating new homes to meet the local housing demand, it’s about repurposing neglected brownfield land to develop a new neighbourhood the local community can be proud of.
As development partner, Cityheart has the important task of bringing together the relevant experts and elements to deliver this large scheme. From land assembly and acquisitions to funding and delivery, it’s a complex project. Once delivered, Foundry Lane will spark further investment into the area, helping to meet rising housing demands and most importantly, create a vibrant new community on land which was previously underutilised.
