Once upon a time, there were two unlikely partners Cheers and Smith. Though they were opposites in every possible way, together they were unstoppable. Cheers was the life of the room, always the first to spark a conversation, connect ideas, and rally a group around a shared vision. She thrived on energy, ideas, and the magic of collaboration. Smith, on the other hand, was the quiet mastermind the one with a meticulous plan, the sharp focus, and the steady hand that turned big dreams into real accomplishments.
Together, they created Cheers & Smith, a space that brings out the best of both worlds. Whether you’re a free-spirited thinker looking to bounce ideas around or a focused builder who just wants to get things done, this is where you belong.

Cheers and Smith first met on the streets of Stockport, one bustling with creativity, the other rich with history and industry. Cheers was drawn to the local cafés, the indie shops, and the art scene. Smith? Well. Smith admired the grit, the old mills, and the thriving businesses that have stood the test of time. Together, they saw potential, a town with a creative heartbeat and a serious work ethic.
Launching in Stockport, we’re creating a creative workspace in the much cherished old art school, a place that reflects the town itself: where bold ideas meet hard work, and where local businesses can come to grow. From hot desks and industry events to self-contained studios for ambitious businesses, Cheers & Smith reinvents a piece of Stockport’s heritage for a new generation to enjoy.
