Plans to breathe life into Northampton’s town centre are well underway with construction expected to begin on the 5-acre Four waterside and Marefair sites in 2027.
The new masterplan will be a gateway to Northampton’s bright future of growth and opportunity. The mixed-use masterplan will future a 4* hotel with 152-bedrooms, 119 build-to-rent apartments, 51 homes for people with additional care needs as well as 86,000sqft of grade A office space as and 1,100sqm of commercial space. Together, the sites will deliver a dynamic, new, neighbourhood that’s full of opportunities.
