Completed in 2024, Stockport Interchange delivered a state-of-the-art transport interchange and new homes. Built on collaboration with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Greater Manchester Combined Authority and Transport for Greater Manchester as part of the £1B Mayoral Development Corporation to repurpose old assets as a catalyst for growth and regeneration. The project includes new homes, new commercial opportunities, a rooftop park and improved connectivity thanks to a link bridge and the new transport interchange.

As well as demonstrating what powerful urban regeneration can deliver for a community and its local authority, Stockport Interchange’s unique finance structure can now be used as a future blueprint for structuring complex development projects. Multiple local authorities as well as a range of funding and investment partners were brought together through meaningful client collaboration and legal counsel to ensure this project could get off the ground.
