CityHeart Ltd has been chosen as preferred developer for the Hopwood Lane triangle site in Halifax with Yorkshire Forward and Calderdale Council. The proposals are for an £11m, true mixed use development for office, leisure and residential provision, along with a well designed landscaping provision and public realm.
The site, which forms part of the wider regeneration programme for the town is located on a main gateway in to the Town Centre and close to the hugely successful Elsie Whitely Innovation Centre.
